We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

RICS Valuation Bookings

When you book a RICS probate valuation, we collect: your full name, email address, telephone number, the property address, and payment information. Payment data (card details) is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Solicitor Referral Form

When a solicitor submits a client referral, we collect: the solicitor's name, firm name, email address, telephone number, the client's name and contact details, the property address, and any notes provided.

Website Analytics

We collect anonymised data about how visitors use this website, including pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally. Analytics are only collected with your consent (see Section 6).

Communications

If you contact us by email, telephone, or WhatsApp, we will retain records of that communication for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and managing our relationship with you.

4. Who we share your data with

We share your personal data only where necessary:

  • Stripe Inc. — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and processes card data under its own privacy policy.
  • RICS-accredited surveyors — we share property address and contact details with the appointed surveyor to arrange and deliver your valuation.
  • Our solicitors and legal advisors — where legally required or in connection with a transaction.
  • Analytics providers — anonymised, aggregated data only, and only with your consent.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

Your personal data is stored and processed within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Where any third-party service provider processes data outside the UK/EEA (for example, Stripe's global infrastructure), appropriate safeguards are in place under UK GDPR Article 46.
